Once you retrieve your luggage from the Baggage Claim area, go upstairs one (1) level and follow the signs outside that say HOTEL COURTESY SHUTTLE. Our shuttle is white and we share it with the Holiday Inn Express, HoJo's, Comfort Suites and Travelodge. Look for our "Best Western Grosvenor" logo on the front and sides of the shuttle. The shuttle comes every 20 minutes between the peak hours of 4AM - 10AM and 4PM - 10PM.
